Hello everybody! I’m Sami!

I’m a Wisconsin artist who enjoys bringing characters to life through my art.

I’ve been writing and drawing since middle school, focusing on the many, many, MANY stories my friends and I dreamed up. They were always full of adventure, drama, and ripping off whatever anime or game we were into at the time.

These days, my artwork tends to focuses on cutesy characters, though I love drawing dramatic story scenes when the inspiration strikes. Fantasy has always been my go-to genre for books, video games, and writing — and it continues to shape how I create today.

When I’m not drawing or writing (with far too many fountain pens), I’m reading fantasy, mystery, paranormal, true crime books... basically anything with a good hook—and playing video games ranging from cozy like Stardew Valley to the challenging like Elden Ring. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and our three cats.

I’m happiest with a sketchbook in one hand and a cup of tea in the other (usually with a cat in my lap).
